Classic for Agents' Privacy Pledge
We want you, the travel agent, to understand our information privacy practices with respect to the personally identifiable information ("Personal Information") of your customers (e.g., name, email, postal address, and phone number). When your customers provide you with their Personal Information so you can book travel on their behalf, they are placing their trust in you. Classic for Agents feels just as strongly about providing assurances to you, our travel agent partners, about how we use and protect your customers' Personal Information.
Classic for Agents acknowledges that the Personal Information of your customers that we obtain from you is your proprietary information. Accordingly, we will not disclose or use such Personal Information, except for purposes of responding to and processing requests for our travel services (for example, to our travel suppliers or corporate affiliates involved in processing such transaction), as required by law or to investigate suspected fraud or unauthorized use of our services. We specifically agree not to use, disclose or share such Personal Information to enable us or any of our corporate affiliates to directly market or sell travel services to your customers. In addition, Classic for Agents will not sell or rent such Personal Information to anyone.
